Hailey arrived at the POI Institute on Sept 30, 2019 totally strung out on heroin. Her physical transformation during her 10 day stay is one of the most dramatic we have seen. But, today we not only congratulate her on 9 months clean, but on the wonderful transformation she has done personally and professionally.
